Kit Patterns

Creating and distributing quality masks that effectively filter virus particles is our group’s mission. As a result, we had some of our recent masks tested by scientists and learned that our best masks have filtration efficiency of 70%!

Sewn mask and filter from our kits (available for free at drop box locations)

**These kits were a hit! We ran through our entire first edition. We now produce in limited editions on request; you may have a waitlist. Let us know if you are interested.**

We are also fundraising for these: https://paypal.me/covidavengers

In order to encourage all of our sewers to make the most efficient masks possible without the burden of obtaining effective material, we are now offering free masks kits for our sewers at our drop boxes locations.

Each kit includes the following material for 25 masks:

A printed pattern for an effective fit (click here to view)
2-Ply fabric
Ties
Nose Pieces
Filter Material (discontinued at the moment; if you would like to add, please see filti).

We hope this will make things less expensive, more fun, and faster for our sewing heroes.

If, however, you do not have access to our drop off locations and/or you prefer to use your own materials, please feel free to use any of the following patterns found here. Please remember to prewash and pre-shrink your material. Use 2-ply 100% cotton (quilters cotton).
